PLANT NECTAR "THE WILT STOPPER"

Plant Nectar should be drenched into the soil or media of container or potted plants just like normal watering. When Plant Nectar contacts the plant roots it immediately conditions the plant to retain its own plant moisture, even under severe stress or water shortage.

Use Plant Nectar prior to planting or transplanting (against transplant shock), interrupted watering (vacations, etc.) extreme temperatures, hardening off and any other event that causes plant transpiration.

By eliminating plant stress, Plant Nectar helps create much healthier and hardier plants that are more capable of fighting off insects and disease.

Plant Nectar is presently used by professional nurserymen around the world under the commercial name "Root-Zone".

Plant Nectar is a completely safe natural product made from corn, seaweed and inert ingredients.

USES:

  • Keep plants (indoors and outdoors) alive and healthy during vacations or when plants will miss normal watering.

  • Protect plants against shock when planting or transplanting.

  • Protect lawns and turf grass from drying out.

  • Reduce plant watering by up to 30%.

  • Bring plants back from severe wilt and stress.

  • Apply to plants prior to extreme heat or cold to avoid plant stress.
AGRICULTURAL USES: Plant Nectar is the perfect solution for agricultural crops and it contains only natural ingredients. It is completely safe for fruits and vegetables and contains no toxic compounds or petrochemical derivatives. Plant Nectar is especially effective when planting tomatoes, lettuce, peppers and other row crops.

WHEN & WHERE TO USE

  • Plant Nectar is a must to use as soon as you bring plants home from the nursery. The shock of planting or transplanting is the most severe stress a plant faces, especially if they aren't planted right away. This includes the "hardening off" period.

  • Water shortage is devastating to plants and causes drought stress. Plant Nectar should be used for indoor & outdoor plants when watering is going to be interrupted. Even a two or three day absence of water can cause stress to the plant.

  • Extreme weather conditions can kill or severely damage plants overnight. Because Plant Nectar conditions plants to hold their own moisture even under stress, it can protect plants against all but the severest of conditions.

  • Plant regeneration: Diluted Plant Nectar drenched into the soil around damaged plants, suffering from severe wilt, is 10 times more effective than plain water at bringing the plants back to normal.

  • Plant Nectar should be used to keep lawn areas from drying out.

5000 flats of tomatoes, shipping window of 3 days, weather turned south for a week and a half yet thanks to Root Zone shipping went off with out a hitch only two weeks later then scheduled. All height parameters were met and the customer was ecstatic. This product is a must in our industry.
Ross was IMPRESSED with the tests to say the least. We have a place for this in our market.

We found that Root-Zone anti-transpirant, when applied directly into the media, is extremely effective to extend the shelf live of the liners and especially the plants in the finished stage.

Subject: root zone
We at PanAm Nursery used Root Zone in the spring of 2006 with great success. The Calla Lilies boomed about 4 weeks too early and one Saturday afternoon we injected Root Zone as suggested to the pots. When we finally shipped the product out we just soaked the plants with water and they kept blooming for several more weeks.
Thanks, H.P.Werder, Grower for PanAm East
